We all have scripts playing in our head about what we “should” or “shouldn’t” do, be, or say. Let’s work on rewriting those scripts to help you extend the same compassion to yourself as you do to others.

Regulating emotions and tolerating distress


Anxiety is often so difficult because the emotions associated with it are incredibly intense. We’ll work on strategies to calm and regulate your nervous system, even when circumstances are tough.
